Date issued/created: Subject and Keywords: Abstract:Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) is one of the most important oilseed crop in the world because of high fatty acids and proteins content. In the last 30 years, a great deal of efforts has gone into improving the quality of B.napus using both classical breeding and several tissue culture techniques. Genetic engineering can potentially be used as a method to add specific properties to existing varieties. In this paper, research work summation on rapeseed nucleic acids and proteins is presented.
