Abstract:

Biology of animal cell in vitro is discussed. Technical conditions for animal cell cultivationare presented. Special attention to two culture systems is given: one is the use of microcarriersfor anchorage-dependent cells cultivation, the other concerns the ACUSYST (hollow-Jiber) technology.
