The photo depicts a large multi-generational family posing for the photo organized in three rows. In the middle there is an elderly couple, in front of them children and other members of the family of different ages are standing around them. Everyone is dressed in festive clothes. There is a field in the background. According to the photo’s owner, it depicts the family (…), in the middle grandfather and grandmother – Julian and Joanna (…), their eleven children (7 sons, 4 daughters), and a daughter- and son-in-law with their children ; The photo sent to the contest named “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly “Nowa Wieś” (New village).
