Abstract:

The focus of this study is uncertainty and its role in reconciling short-term commitments to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and long-term efforts to meet global warming targets. The overall objective of this study is to integrate and expand the understanding of uncertainty in emissions across temporal scales.
