An 3-year-old patient with suspected myopathy was examined. A biopsy of biceps sinister wasperformed. Ultrastructural assessment showed the accumulation of glycogen in muscle fibers (Fig.1-5).Additional PAS and PAS staining for diastase confirmed glycogen accumulation.
