Diagnosis: FSHD. In the obtained slice, muscle fibers of the correct diameter and structure form bunches separated by a trace amount of connective tissue. Division of fibers into metabolic types preserved properly with well preserved dehydrogenase and ATP-az activity. Conclusions: histopathological picture of the specimen within the normal range
