 abstract={The article provides an overview of the current literature on the concept of spatial justice. The objectives of the article were to identify the most recent contexts of the discussion on spatial justice and how the relationship between spatial justice and law and spatial planning can be understood. The above was transferred to the discussion on the Polish spatial planning system. Key levels within which it is possible to link the concept of territorial justice with the conditions for the application of local spatial plans have been identified. Further discussion directions were proposed.},
