 abstract={In 2016 the share of workers generating income for Polish economy, for whom agriculture was the main source of maintenance, accounted for 10.6 per cent, but this sector generated only 2.4 per cent of added value in the economy. This shows the importance of labour productivity which, together with its determinants, is discussed in this paper. In the analysis we present our own analytical approach which is based on the factors of production. Labour productivity is related to the farmland equipment and capital equipment of labour and with the productivity of the latter two. We notice stagnation in the areas analysed.},
