 abstract={The collection contains twelve documents and letters written mainly between 1374 and 1452 (with one letter from 1482). They all come from the register of the collegiate chapter at Łęczyca (currently kept at the Scientific Library of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences in Krakow, MS no. 6558). The documents illustrate the life of the chapter, bring about information about the offices of the village mayors (Polish sing. sołectwo), the foundations of the altar bequests and the creation of institutions for prebends. There are also two letters. The introduction also includes several notes from the register of the collegiate chapter mentioned above, giving an idea of the highly interesting content of this manuscript.},
