The developed method allowed to perform a detailed three-dimensional analysis of the nuclear shape. Until now the altered nuclear shape of NSC has not been described, it has been observed in progenitor cells (type-2 cells) of adult hippocampal neurogenesis (Kempermann et al. 2004), and the presence of ELCS in three NSC has been demonstrated (Cebrian-Silla et al. 2017). Furthermore, the developed method can be used to analyze the nuclear shape of other eukaryotic cells, which can be a valuable diagnostic tool in cancer or other diseases related to nuclear shape changes.}, title={Assesment of nucler-shape alterations in neural stem cells of adult hippocampal neurogenesis}, type={Text}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl./Content/242417/AnetaGrymanowska%20Doktorat.pdf}, }
