(Wydanie dla kobiet) [Zgoda. (Women’s ed.)]. Main topics are: responsibilities and education of women, Polish woman, equal rights for women, and professional career. Traditionally, the role of women was associated with taking care of children and the household. In Zgoda and Głos Polek it was emphasized that household chores were harder than men’s work. Głos Polek and Ameryka encouraged women’s professional careers and education as well as their engagement in politics and social issues. The topics related to the equal rights stressed the importance of education and rights of women to take part in the public life. The analysed magazines encouraged the preservation of the Polish legacy.
